Drop Off Catering

Plated Full Service

is a service type where dishes are pre-selected and all your guests remain at their seats. Each course of meal is prepared on individual plates and served to guest on their respective tables. This service requires a server ratio of 1:20 guest. Set up, break down, and clean up is included with this service.

Buffet Style Full Service

is a service type where all your guests are directly served in queue a variety of dishes on their individual plates. This service requires a server ratio of 1:30 guest. Set up, break down, and clean up is included in this service.

Buffet Style Self Service

is a service type where all your guests directly self serve in queue a variety of dishes on their individual plates. This service requires a servers for replenishing. Set up, break down, and clean up is included with this service.

Family Style Service

is a service type where all your guests remain at their seats and each course of meal is prepared in platters and is delivered to each respective tables. This service requires a server ration of 1:30 guest. Set up, break down, and clean up is included with this service.

Stationary Service

is a service type with a selection of 5-6 small bites (salads, platters, or hors d'oeuvres) stationed at a remote location in the venue. Additionally, selected active stations are in place. Some stations may require a chef on site. Set up, breakdown, and clean up is included with this service.

Drop off Catering w/ Set up Service

is a service type where the host preselects the menu and dishes are prepared off site. It is delivered to the place of service followed by a 3 hour chafer rental, set up, and break down. This service qualifies for ORDER BY THE PAN with a maximum of 30 guest. When exceeding 30 guest, the menu is priced per person.

Drop off Catering 

is a service type where the host preselects the menu and dishes are prepared off site. It is delivered to the place of service. Set up is not included. This service qualifies for ORDER BY THE PAN with a maximum of 30 guest. When exceeding 30 guest, the menu is priced per person.
